Director of Accounting Office Colonel Tuan, Mu-Chuan awarded accounting Staff “Excellent Monthly Report on Special Fund in Fiscal Year 2014” to recognize their efforts.
Political Warfare Bureau of Ministry of National Defense held the “Financial Seminar in the Second Half of 2015” at Wenhua Camp today and invited related supervisors and main financial personnel to participate in the seminar, hoping to instill the concepts of “law-based administration” and “legal use of public fund”based on the promotion of decree, case study, and experience sharing and achieve the goal of legal use of budget  
In the afternoon, Director of Accounting Office Colonel Tuan, Mu-Chuan hosted the financial seminar and awarded accounting staff “Excellent Monthly Report on Special Fund in Fiscal Year 2014”, hoping that every entity could strive for the financial work and satisfy the demands for preparedness. 
In the seminar, the specialists explained the correct use of budget and expense claim based on five topics: “Exploration of Defects of Internal Review”, “Notices of Financial Revenue and Account Processing Operation”, “Notice of Voluntary Soldiers Applying for Valuation and Sale of Renovated Military Residences”,“Regulation of Deposit Account Control”, and “Regulation of Domestic Travel Expense Claim”. In addition, the co-organizer exchanged ideas with the main financial personnel and answered questions in details, which helped reduce the illegal use of expenses and improve the efficacy of administration.
